ComputerTalk Technology, a leading provider of Microsoft Lync based social media contact center solutions, today announced the opening of a representative office in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. The establishment of a Dutch representative office reflects ComputerTalk’s international focus and its commitment to the European, Middle Eastern and African (“EMEA”) markets.
“The opening of the Dutch office marks a major commitment to the EMEA region and the future of our firm. Having a local presence and local expertise in a region where we have seen significant growth and activity, allows us not only to better serve our global client base but also positions us more effectively as a valuable contributor to the European Microsoft Lync ecosystem” says Mandle Cheung – CEO of ComputerTalk.
The new office will work with a carefully selected network of Microsoft certified System Integrators who can bring Lync unified communications into their customer’s contact centers and who are able to extend the power of contact center applications to the rest of the enterprise.
