With the addition of Guangzhou, Orangefield shows its presence in China is growing rapidly, having opened a new office in Beijing only four months before. The China region offers attractive opportunities yet also significant challenges for local and international companies looking to expand their business.
Guangzhou is the third largest Chinese city and the largest city in Southern China. Located on the Pearl River, Guangzhou is not only a key trading hub, but also the main manufacturing centre for the light industry – producing garments, footwear, toys, and electronics for worldwide distribution. This dynamic and bustling economy is a popular area for foreign investments and companies looking to do business in China.
Orangefield Group is a global full service provider of administration, management, real estate and trust services for funds, investment managers, multinationals, retailers, corporate and private clients.
“The aim of the new office is to be geographically closer to clients in the southern part of China and to support them in their business goals,” says Joep Bruins, CEO of Orangefield. “Guangzhou is China’s leading commercial and manufacturing region, and it is important for a firm such as ours to have a presence there.”
In the last two years, Orangefield has expanded its range of services and its global presence. By opening this new office, the company is re-affirming its global expansion plans. Orangefield is now located in 20 countries covering Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
