Education Policy Outlook 2015: Making Reforms Happen finds that once new policies are adopted, there is little follow-up. Working Better with Age in Switzerland (in French) says that Switzerland has one of the highest employment rates for older workers in the OECD. In 2012, 70.5% of Swiss aged 55-64 were in work, well above the OECD average of 54%.
